TODAY IS ALL ABOUT BUILDING AUTHORITY IN A PERSONAL WAY

Tell the story of your very first client. This can be a good story or a bad story, as long as it reflects positively.You can share how you felt when you first booked the client, what the interaction between you was like, what you learned through this first client, say why it was funny or heartwarming or nerve-wracking or – whatever.
How did they find you? Were they happy with the experience? What was most memorable about this interaction? Do you have any old photos you can share of the experience? What did they buy from you? How has your business changed since then?

Share anything about the interaction and engagement that feels good and right to share with your followers. Put yourself in the shoes of your ideal clients – what kinds of things would be beneficial for them to hear about your first client? How can you show off your level of expertise, know-how, reliability, responsibility, passion etc…
FEELING STUCK?

If you have a physical product, share the story of your first customer. You may not have photos of your first customer (unless they were a friend or relative), but share the experience of when you sold it. What year was it? Was it in person or online? How many did you sell that day?
Haven’t had a client yet? Instead, share the story of how you started your business. What made you decide to do what you’re doing? How did you decide to start doing it as a BUSINESS? Tell us that story instead!
