Clare and her team at Soul Tribe Media, have completely transformed the way I run my business! I used to have a Wordpress website, which was very difficult to navigate and near impossible to manage the pages behind the scenes myself. Clare suggested a Wix website was much easier to manage and more user friendly, and she was 100% right! Wix is SO easy to manage myself, and this is from someone who is not good with tech at all! I’ve gone from wasting hours a day answering client queries and trying to book appointments and chase payments, to having an online booking system on my website that automatically shows my availability, makes the bookings, and takes the online payments via Paypal or debit / credit cards, all behind the scenes without me having do anything! The system Clare set up for me, sends a confirmation email out to my clients with a Zoom link on, and sends them a reminder email for their appointment too! When I was booking appointments manually, and taking payment on the day of the appointment, I had a high turnover of ‘no shows’.  My website has completely stopped this! The payment is taken when a client books an appointment, therefore, I still get paid whether the client misses their appointment or attends, this makes it so much easier to manage my turnover, and budget my earnings. The Wix website that Soul Tribe Media set up for me has saved me countless hours and lots of money too. Because I run courses and events as well as my 1:1 work, Clare set up an events page for me, and membership subscription. I am able to set up events, sell online tickets, and send emails automatically through the website, it tracks all the sales and I can even check people into my event as they arrive through an app that Wix provides if I wanted to. It captures all the details of the people who have booked onto my events and sends them a reminder email! It’s fantastic, and saves so much time for me. Clare also set up a membership subscription through my website too, this is where members can join my program and pay in full or monthly, and all the course content is stored in private members area for them too, which they can access at any time. If a payment is missed on the monthly subscription, the website will send out reminders for seven days and then cancel the membership. The system also notifies me if someone misses a payment, and when they join. It is fully automated, and again, tracks the sales and how much members have paid. It just makes managing all the aspects of my business so much less time consuming as it is all done for me through automation. I even have my freebie (lead magnet) set up through my Wix site, which emails people who sign up to it, again Clare set all this up for me. I also send weekly emails to my subscribers through my Wix website too, it is so versatile and has helped me to manage my business and increase my profits significantly, and the number of hours it has saved me chasing my tail, has been life changing! I cannot thank Clare Harvey and her team at Soul Tribe Media enough for everything they have done. I use Wix websites and Clare, for all of my business ventures and I am really grateful for all their help in my business.
